Three resolutions concerned the 821 Route 10 development: a treatment works approval (R 214-26), an NJDEP water extension permit application (R 215-26), and a waiver of an EPA grant restriction on sewer service (R 216-26). R 208-26 awards the 2026 leaf loading and hauling contract to Nature's Choice NJ LLC for up to $200,000, running October 15 through January 31. The council also scheduled a closed session on Summit Recovery Residences, LLC v. Township of Randolph. Randolph, Oct. 8
