The Zoning Board meets Thursday, Oct. 22 (caucus 6:45 p.m., meeting 7 p.m.). FP Voorhees, LLC is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval for a 116-unit senior apartment building. Pennsauken: a flex warehouse on Crescent Boulevard
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m. Mark A. Lohbauer needs front and side setback relief for an addition at 8235 Balfour Road. Gates Realty Corp.'s plan for two flex buildings on Derousse Avenue has been postponed and will have to be re-noticed.

It took up Ordinances 24-26 (buying property), 25-26 ("Do Not Block the Box" rules) and 26-26 (left-turn prohibitions) on second reading, and approved grants for bulletproof vests and pedestrian safety plus new playground equipment. Gloucester Township: a 743-unit plan waits two weeks
