Franklin: three lot splits, one for open space. The Planning Board on Oct. 20 granted, with conditions, B & R Rentals LLC's minor subdivision on South Blue Bell Road creating a lot for a single-family home (PB26-05), and a Delsea Drive subdivision into two lots sharing access through cross-access easements (PB26-06). It also took up PB26-07, which would split a Franklinville-Williamstown Road property in two, with the larger lot to be conveyed to the county as open space; that one needs a variance for lot frontage.
